Villanueva del Rosario is a hidden treasure, the little white village houses reflect the typical style of the Andalusian architect. With its surrounding mountains and beautiful countryside, being just 39klms to Malaga, people have found this village so enchanting that they have brought a house or second home in the village or surrounding area.

This property is about a 15 minute drive to Villanueva del Rosario. There is a good track leading up to the property.
As you enter the property you have the swimming pool to the right of you with a covered terrace area with a barbecue and an area to sit to enjoy with friends and family. Entering the house you have a small hallway, to the left of the hallway you have the 4 bedrooms, two that are a good size and two slightly smaller rooms. There is one bathroom and a small kitchen and little store area. To the right at the other end of the hallway going down a couple of steps, you have a large sitting room come dining room and with an open plan kitchen, a lovely cosy sitting area with a fireplace and a sun room and bathroom. The sun room has lovely large windows where you can enjoy the spectacular views of the surrounding mountains.
Outside you have many areas to sit out on and watch the sun go down over the mountains or just enjoy the peace. This property is a true gem, with space, peace, rustic style decoration and fantastic views, great rental business or family home, one not to miss.
