Casa del Pino is a three-bedroom townhouse in Azahara II, frontline to Aloha Golf, set on a quiet cul-de-sac at the centre of the Nueva Andalucía golf valley.

Built in 1983 and comprehensively renovated to an exacting standard, the house is finished in microcement, natural materials and designer lighting throughout. Hot and cold air conditioning runs throughout, with underfloor heating in the bathrooms downstairs.

The open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen — with wine fridge — both open onto a generous front terrace, which in turn connects to the barbecue area and the outdoor dining space, so cooking, eating and sitting out all happen on the same level.
