Apartment in La Quinta, Benahavís: elegance and serenity in the heart of golf

Wake up to the golf course. Dinner in front of the lake.

Imagine: the morning coffee on your terrace, the look that slides on the lake and the fairways of La Quinta, and not a vis-à-vis to disturb the view. Here, silence is part of the decor.

This 140 m2 apartment on the first floor, in Arcos de La Quinta, was designed to enjoy this view. Oriented south/southwest, it fills with light in the morning, and in the afternoon the terrace simmers with this golden light that comes to find in Andalusia. The living room opens onto her without transition: summer, you live outside breakfast at dinner.

Inside, everything is ready. The marble on the floor sets the tone, the newly renovated kitchen invites guests, and the air conditioning guarantees comfortable days in any season. Three bright bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, including a suite with private bathroom, and a second full bathroom: each has its own space, and your guests also.

Outside, the closed residence offers several swimming pools, impeccably maintained gardens and real tranquility. The golf club is a short walk away. For the rest, San Pedro and Nueva Andalucía are 5 minutes away, Puerto Banús less than 10.

A place where people want to go home at night and not to go back.
