Villa La Cerquilla, Nueva Andalucia
Malaga, Spain

Villa for sale in La Cerquilla, Nueva Andalucia

An elevated position in one of Nueva Andalucía’s established gated communities, facing south and east over the Golf Valley toward the sea, with La Concha in full view behind the house.

The villa sits across three terraced levels that follow the slope rather than fight it. Living space opens through floor-to-ceiling glass onto covered terraces on every floor. The main living room takes light from two sides and carries the sea on the horizon; the kitchen looks out at the same water while you cook.

Outdoor living is treated as real living. A louvred pergola shades a full outdoor kitchen and a table for eight, one door from the indoor kitchen. Below it, the pool and jacuzzi sit in a landscaped garden of mature olive and palm, enclosed by clipped hedge on every side.

Built in 1989 and recently renovated throughout, the house has been finished in a calm, current material palette: pale stone floors, marble bathrooms, a black-mosaic hammam on the lower level. It is sold fully furnished, and keys are held for viewings.
