Frontline golf plot with villa project for sale in La Zagaleta, Benahavís

Create your future home in La Zagaleta with this 5,497 m² frontline golf plot for sale with the villa project. Set on a quiet cul-de-sac, its elevated position offers privacy, open views of the new golf course and a mountain panorama extending across 270 degrees.

A prepared private driveway leads through the greenery to a levelled building platform. Designed by Marco van Veldhuizen, the proposed villa combines contemporary lines, natural materials and a flowing connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The plans envisage approximately 1,600 m², six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a guest toilet. These are project specifications, not existing accommodation.

La Zagaleta is a gated estate in the hills of Benahavís near Marbella, with 24-hour security. Its facilities include two private golf courses, an equestrian centre, helipad, tennis and padel, a clubhouse and walking and cycling trails.

The asking price covers the plot and project; construction is separate. The developer advertises a building licence as included. Its documentation, validity and scope should be checked before commencing works. The property is an unbuilt plot; architectural renders illustrate the proposed future villa alongside actual photographs of the land.
