Originally built in 1532, this renovated finca near Ibiza Town brings together traditional architecture, four guest suites and a private swimming pool. Set on a 3,336 m² plot, it provides 701 m² of total built area, with a layout suited to welcoming family and friends while maintaining individual privacy. There are eight bedrooms and eight bathrooms overall.

Living spaces and guest suites

The principal living area spans at least 350 m², introduced by a large enclosed porch. On the ground floor, to the right of the main entrance, a spacious contemporary living space also has separate-door access, a new fully equipped kitchen, a porch and a private en-suite bedroom. Straight ahead, a second open living room doubles as an entrance hall and connects the four guest suites. A country kitchen and a separate dining room linked to the living room complete the communal spaces.

The first suite is on the ground floor with its own entrance, two bohemian-style bedrooms and a shared bathroom; both bedrooms open to the garden and pool area. The second, upstairs, has its own living room and kitchenette. Its bedroom retains high ceilings, sabina timber beams and antique tiled floors, with an en-suite bathroom containing a bath and separate rainfall shower. The bedroom opens directly onto a private terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside and swimming pool.

The third and fourth suites are on the ground floor, each with a private entrance, living room, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, one or two bedrooms and a separate bathroom. Each guest accommodation enjoys a private terrace with comfortable seating in sun and shade.
