This apartment is located on a quiet street in Siesta near Santa Eulalia del Rio.
It is only a few minutes’ walk to the nearest beach. To Santa Eulalia it’s approximately 15 minute to walk.

A small terrace in the entrance area leads to the light-flooded apartment with its cozy living room. The ceiling height is a good 5 meters in the front area with large windows. The staircase leads to a large outdoor terrace.

From the cozy living room you reach the dining area. Well equipped kitchen and a pantry for washing machine and dryer.

The apartment has three bedrooms. A master bedroom with bathroom en suite with a separate “dressing room”. Two further bedrooms with a bathroom.

A cozy fireplace is in the living room. There is gas central heating in every room. Ideal for anyone who wants to use the apartment all year round or even mainly in winter.
