Lovely house in peaceful area in Antequera

Antequera is set in the heart of Andalucia, with easy access to the motorway and just a 40 minute drive to Malaga and the Coast.
Antequera is a moorish town with many churches, a moorish castle, many bars and restaurants to enjoy with friends and family. Antequera has many boutique shops for those who like to window shop. The atmosphere in Antequera is lovely all year round, but especially in summer time with people sitting outside and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings.

This property is set in the lovely countryside village of Las Lagunillas, just a 10 minute drive to Antequera (11klms) and 15 klms to El Chorro and the Caminito del Rey. This house is a traditional Spanish style house. As you walk into the house through the lovely modern kitchen with large windows to enjoy those lovely views. To the left you have a bathroom with walk in shower, a sitting room which also has access to the outside terrace. You have another further covered little terrace to enjoy the views and soak up the peaceful amtmosphere. Down at the bottom you have another part of the garden with mosaic steps that lead you down, here you have some almond tress, almond, orange carob and nísperro trees.
Although the property is in a small village, you have a bus stop in the village one kilometre away that runs to Antequera and also a delivery of gas bottles every wednesday.
