Mollina is set in the heart of Andalucia and just a 50 minute drive to Malaga and the Coast.
Mollina has all your basic amenities, bars restaurants and friendly people. It is just 10 minutes away from the lovely historical town called Antequera.

The plot of land is located at the bottom of a hill in a very peaceful area with lovely views and surrounded by lovely countryside where you can enjoy many walks, cycling or horse riding.
The plot has its own well and electricity. It has a solid base that lead up 3/4 of the way , to more solid base ready for a prefabricated house or wooden house to be placed. There is a tube for the water placed that leads up to the well and a hole dug up for a septic tank.

It is just a 2 minute drive to the town centre down a good dirt track. It’s a beautiful area and a great plot as has its own well and electricity in beautiful surroundings.
