La Higuera is a quiet village set at the bottom of El Torcal mountain, surrounded by beautiful landscape. It is about a 25 minute drive to Antequera and 5 klms to villanueva de la Concepcion where you have all your basic amenities.

This property is located in a lovely quiet area with lovely views of the rolling hills. This property also has licence to rent as a casa rural and does very well renting during the summer months.

The property has easy access and is private but not isolated as there are neighbour around.
As you drive to the property you enter into the garage and there is plenty of space to park outside the property.
